How is my order shipped?

All orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or tracked 24. Items above £50 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping. Please note that I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

All my jewellery is securely packed and comes in a jewellery gift box. A gift wrapping service is available here:

Are the gemstones in your jewellery genuine?

All gemstones in my jewellery are genuine gemstones sourced from trusted UK suppliers to ensure they are high quality. Every gemstone is natural and unique so colour and clarity may vary slightly.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or damage. When not being worn, store your pieces in a dry, airtight container to prevent oxidation. To clean, gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaners or abrasive materials.
